Jamie

Instructor

Jamie is a Carolina native. Growing up as competitive gymnast, she found a love for being in the air and challenging herself. She found aerial dance in 2009 after moving to Wilmington and became a certified aerial yoga instructor in January 2013. She completed the NECCA aerial teacher training in August 2015. Jamie graudated from UNC Charlotte with a B.A. in Elementary Education, so has always had a love for teaching and sharing knowledge.

Tracey

Instructor

Tracey grew up in Greenville, NC, where she first found her love for movement through gymnastics—despite never quite trusting the balance beam. She later coached gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer while living in Alabama, sharing her passion with others. She discovered aerial arts in 2011 and was immediately drawn to the freedom and creativity it offered. After moving to Wilmington in 2014, she continued her aerial journey and found a strong sense of community in the air. She has also completed aerial silks training through Paper Doll Militia. By day, Tracey works as a play therapist, and by night, she continues to explore, play, and challenge herself through aerial arts.
