We offer classes for students of all ages. Please refer to the schedule for Youth, Teen, and Adult classes. Class size is small to please be sure to register to reserve your spot. Drop-ins welcome if space allows.
Aerial silks uses two pieces of fabric rigged from the ceiling. Students will learn climbs, locks, and poses in a safe environment with an experienced instructor. Aerial silks is an entire body workout developing muscles in the arms, back, legs, core, etc.
Lyra is a metal hoop suspended in the air. Students will learn how to safely invert on the apparatus, pose, transition, and spin. Students will gain flexibility and strength. No experience necessary.
Aerial yoga is a blend of aerial arts and yoga. Creating flow and allowing the hammock to take you deeper into postures. Aerial yoga helps strengthen and lengthen while taking your feet off the ground.
Trapeze is a metal bar suspended from a single or double point. Students will learn how to safely invert on the apparatus, pose, transition, and spin. Students will gain flexibility and strength. No experience necessary.
Students will explore the basics of partner balancing, acrobatics, and acro yoga. All levels welcome.
Mixed Apparatus Exploration
Students will explore several unique apparatuses including cube, infinity hoop, rope and straps. Prior experience is required.
